Blaseball Cares Blaseballidays Giveaway Official Rules
Contest (“Contest”) sponsored by Blaseball Cares (“Sponsor”) and administered by Nicole Mackin. (“Administrator”). Contest begins on February 12 at 2:00 P.M Central Standard Time and ends on February 12 2022 at 8:00 P.M Central Standard Time.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO WIN. PAYMENT NOR DONATION WILL INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. In order to automatically be entered to win a prize, go to https://donate.nami.org/fundraiser/3706086 and submit a donation of 2 dollars or more, as indicated.
In order to enter without a donation, send a poem in honor of Blaseball Cares mascot Gene, no less than 5 stanzas in length, to blaseballcaresshopify@gmail.com. Blaseball Cares reserves the right to use any submitted poems for promotional purposes, with attribution. Only one entry may be made by household, regardless of method of entry.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
Contest is open to legal residents of The United States of America and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor and immediate family members of, and persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

The up to 15 winners will be chosen at random by numbering the entries and using the random number generator www.random.org. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winners will be sent an email or Twitter Direct Message, depending on the method of entry, and will have forty-eight hours to respond with an email to deliver the prize. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. The administrator is not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. The winner will may or may not be shown on the official Blaseball Cares Twitter account.
Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
The administrator and sponsor reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial, as well as their Twitter account name.

The sponsor may suspend, cancel, or modify the context at any time. Should there be more winners selected than specified in these Official Rules, the sponsor reserves the right to hold a random draw to choose the correct number of winners.
